Phuket is a tourist destination with many attractions. But do you know that in addition to its natural resources, the sea and the beach, there are also mangroves. This was a project for conservation and planting mangroves. On the day , it was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pun Thongchumnum, Dean of Faculty of Technology and Environment who formally opened the event and Dr. Chantinee Boonchai, the advisor of the project who participated in planting mangroves. A team of community representatives and speakers gave a warm welcome and knowledge to many students who volunteer their time and effort to reforest the mangrove diligently. Although the weather was very hot, everyone was in unity to reforest as they realized its benefits and that "The world will love us if we care for the world.”
